Mentoring and coaching to support young people’s success

Easy-to-use guidelines drawing from your own life experience

This 8-part series is aimed at anyone who would like to play a coaching-mentoring-supporting role to a young person around key issues that they may be grappling with (to understand how much that would mean to a young person click here).

In particular, everyone should read the piece entitled ‘Getting started – why and how to work with youth’. This will provide you with a good orientation to this new relationship. The remaining seven worksheets offer key talking points, top tips from others who have worked with young people, recommended resources, and case studies.
